1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kode studio website (kodestudio.in) and any packages, services, or custom development work you purchase from us. Kode studio is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By placing an order, submitting the checkout form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Kode studio provides custom website design and development, e-commerce solutions, custom web applications, Shopify store setup, and related digital services, as described on our Packages page and agreed with you at the time of order.

3. Orders & Payment

When you select a package and complete checkout, an order is created with the details you provide (name, phone, email, and package selection). Payment is processed through our payment gateway. Upon successful payment, your order status is updated and an invoice is generated and made available to you for download. Work on your project begins once payment is confirmed and, where applicable, once you have supplied the content, assets, and information we request.

Currently, our online checkout operates in a live/demo capacity as we complete integration with our payment partner; where a demo flow is in use, this will be clearly indicated on the payment screen and no real charge will be processed through that screen.

4. Pricing & Packages

Package prices displayed on our Packages page are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. "Starts from" pricing (e.g. for Custom Web App projects) reflects a minimum starting point — final pricing depends on your specific requirements, scope, and customization, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. MRP figures shown alongside sale prices represent our standard listed price for comparison purposes.

5. Project Process & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on our Packages page for reference and begin once we have received full payment and all content/assets required from you. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline accordingly. We will communicate any expected changes to your timeline as they arise.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of design revision rounds, as listed in that package's inclusions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds, or significant changes to agreed scope, may be chargeable and will be quoted separately before proceeding.

7. Support & Bug Fixes

All packages include 1 year of free support and bug fixes from the date of project delivery/launch. This covers fixing defects in the delivered work and reasonable technical support. It does not cover new feature requests, redesigns, content updates, or issues caused by third-party changes, plugins, or modifications made outside of Kode studio. Support beyond the included period, or outside this scope, can be arranged under a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos, credentials) required to complete your project. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you provide to us for inclusion in your website or application.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/application design and custom code created specifically for your project transfers to you, except for any third-party libraries, frameworks, stock assets, or licensed components used within it, which remain governed by their respective licenses. Kode studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

Certain inclusions (hosting, SSL, payment gateways, analytics, third-party APIs, Shopify, etc.) rely on services provided by third parties. Kode studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by these third-party providers, though we will assist in managing your account with them where reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kode studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific package or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project by mutual written agreement. If you cancel a project after work has begun, fees for work completed up to that point are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for full details.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
